Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns initiated for reasons other than delivery errors or product defects.
- This restocking fee covers administrative and handling costs.
3. Free Return Shipping
- All return shipments are processed with free shipping, no matter the reason for the return.
- If the return is due to a delivery issue or an error on our part, the restocking fee will be waived and your return will be fully covered.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please email us at help@theascensioncollective.co with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process, then place a new order for the desired product.
